My Dad and I attended the knife skills and master sauces class on Saturday 27th January and we had a great day. I have done other classes at the school as well and I would definitely recommend. I always learn a lot of tips and tricks that I can use in my everyday cooking at home. Rob in particular is super patient and has helped me a lot!

Booked an Italian Cookery class for me and my son and had a great day. Our chef was Rob Owen Brown - really good chef and teacher, who couldn't do enough for us - the whole team were great as were the facilities. This was the first time I'd been to a cookery class and it was great to be able to ask questions and understand how I could improve my cooking. Can't believe we spent all day cooking! The time flew by... Definitely worth the money and will be going back to do another course soon.
