Located in the leafy suburb of Altrincham, The Cheshire Cookery School is a bright and modern venue with excellent transport links via the M56 and two metrolink stations. Whether you require a fully tailored event or would like the space to yourself, the experienced management team will be happy to help.
The Wine Tasting Room at the Cheshire Cookery School is perfect for filming, photography, and food product launches. It is a cosy space decorated like a wine cellar, so it also works very well as a venue for a drinks reception prior to enjoying dinner at the School.

Venue Hire & Corporate Event Booking and Cancellation Information A 50 % non refundable deposit is required to secure the date, with the balance due 2 weeks prior to the date of the booking. Should you need to change the date of your booking we will endeavor to reschedule your booking, subject to availability and an administrative fee of 25% of the value of the booking. It is only possible to reschedule once. Force Majeure: In the unlikely event of extreme weather conditions preventing an event from running, we will reschedule your booking at a mutually convenient date within 12 months.

I've done two classes here now; both were with chef Rob and both were absolutely top notch. The first was a beginner's course; I knew I wasn't a complete beginner but I was keen to pick up hints and tips, and generally learn the 'proper' way to do things. Rob expertly directed those of us who knew our way around a kitchen alongside those who were a bit more wary. I learned SO much, and it was all delivered in a way that boosted our confidence as the day progressed. We had great fun! We came away with so many tasty dishes that were simple but impressive; I couldn't wait to go back for the next course: breadmaking. This one also did not disappoint - another fabulous day in a well-appointed, friendly environment making delicious food. I was so proud of all the breads and treats I produced! Rob is good-humoured, down-to-earth and FULL of knowledge. His keenness to share his love for cooking makes the whole experience a joy. Nothing is too much trouble. Shout out also to all the helpers who whizz around clearing up, making sure everything runs smoothly. I will be booking another course when I can, and I'd thoroughly recommend them to all.

I attended the 'Mother sauces' cookery day. It was amazing, Rob delivered the cooking processes so timely that we could recreate some magnificent dishes for ourselves Thank you Rob, you are 1st class and so easy to learn from. The Cheshire Cookery School host our school every year for a week of cooking with pupils in Years 9 and 10. It has always been brilliant and this year was no exception. Chef Rob is fantastic with the pupils and they learn so much! I would highly recommend the school and their courses.
