This Hotel is so under rated to only be a 3 Star. The staff at this Best Western Kings Manor Hotel go the extra mile to ensure, that all guests requirements are seen too. Nothing is to much trouble. We shall certainly return in the future.

Staff are incredibly friendly, especially Amanda at breakfast. Really nice large ground floor room which was clean. The gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms were good. Really good location on the outskirts of the city but an easy bus ride into the city centre. Breakfast was excellent and had two meals in the restaurant which again was really good. The only negative is that the overall hotel interior would benefit from revamp. But overall an enjoyable stay for 2 couples.

Staff were fantastic throughout the Hotel. Stayed there on several occasions and have now recommend to family & Friends . Easy commute to surrounding areas and into Edinburgh. Breakfast was awesome and the times were varied to go. Ate food from the Bistro which was amazing staff were so attentive throughout our stay.caant wait to return

Great hotel ! Lovely staff! Affordable prices . Also nice to have a restaurant next to the hotel and bar as well . Great selection of the food on breakfast. Parking available next to the hotel which is great when you have little kids . Was great to have a hotel pool available as well as gym as our lifestyle requires all this. Literally for a money we paid we got at least double the service . Highly recommended !
