I cannot express how helpfull and compassionate the hotel staff were to deal with a highly sensitive issue. Safe to say Syed and James receive my utmost thanks for their kindness and professionalism. They were both amazing. In terms of my room it was clean, well appointed, convenient for my needs and worked really well. Top notch. Breakfast was buffet style with a fantastic choice of continental and more traditional bacon, eggs and sausage. The haggis also went down well although I didn't set it on fire and couldn't remember the ode to the Haggis. Maybe next time. Thanks again to the fantastic staff. You are amazing

Great location right next bus stop. Staff is absolutely wonderful, helpful, & accomodating! Pool & locker room perfection. We loved hitting the hottub after a long day of traveling. Overall the building could use an upgrade/is outdated. Location was perfect for us to venture around. It's right next to the bus stop, to take bus 44, 113, or 124 back and forth from the city center. 20-30 min ride. Breakfast was delicious. Our only thing is that we had 3 days here and 2 of the days we had to leave the hotel early and breadfast hasn't opened before we have to leave. So had I realized I would not have purchased breakfast. For reference, on a Saturday breakfast opens at 7am, we had to leave at 610am. The connected restaurant had good food. This location is also walking distance to a tram but we didn't use it from this location. It's also walking distance to the beach, though we haven't had time to do that yet. There was not USB charging ports. I bought one converter and brought a power strip to charge all our devices from the one. Worked like a charm. 🙃 I didn't bother bringing hair electronics. There was not a hairdryer in the room but there are several in the locker room that I used. 👍🏼
