Last week, my husband, our kid a nd I visited this spot during our London trip—£25 for 1.5 hours was so worth it! There were tons of fun things to do. We played the claw machines over and over, and that excitement of trying to grab a toy was awesome. We even ended up with two rubber balls—such a nice little win! All the staff here were amazing. The albanian manager was really friendly as well. Shoutout to Paulina too—she was lovely! We’ll 100% come back the next time we’re in London. Highly recommend it for families!

Nice place for children and worth spending money. Staff is good. Only suggestion, make the wrist band more comfortable while accessing the scanner on games/rides. It's difficult for children to scan everytime. Instead use of card or an ID-card which can be hanged over neck is preferable.

Took the kids (ages 15, 14, 11, 9 and 6) and they absolutely loved it! Definitely better than other arcades — you get way more for your money. We paid £30 per child for 90 minutes of unlimited rides and games, which was great value. It’s doable to get through most of it, but with younger kids (especially if they can’t decide what to do next or queues are long), you might not manage everything. There aren’t loads of rides, but the ones they have are fun and kept everyone entertained. Overall, really good experience and worth it for families!

This place is akin to Toy Storys Pizza planet and Honestly I really liked the concept; unlimited rides, claw machines and other arcadey attractions. That said I have two issues with this place, the first being a few of the main rides were out of action, or in the case of working rides some seats were broken so it lead to large queues. Secondly one staff member was managing/operating multiple rides at once leading to other rides being shut or long waits whilst they jumped between managing each section individually, this meant eating into your paid, play time, which I suspect is a cost cutting decision at the expense of our money. You should also note that it is quite expensive for what you get when you consider the price of a ticket (£30 per child for 1.5 hours) to an actual outdoor theme park, but overall a decent experience which my children enjoyed.

Really disappointed with this place. The best part... The roller coaster, but be prepared to queue for half an hour... The disappointing aspect of this place is the number of attractions/machines/games that are out of service. Probably about half of them. The games that had basket balls were missing the basket balls, bowling games were missing bowling balls, just a complete waste of money. You collect virtual tickets on your wrist band when you play games, but try to use the games where you can win just tickets and....out of order, all of them. The "cut-the-string" machines didn't work either. The place was very busy and you had to wait to use anything that was actually working... And you only got 1.5 hours for £30 each!!!!! Will never visit this place ever again, I feel like I completely wasted my time and money to be honest. We took our 7 year old grand daughter with us, she wasn't impressed either.
