February 2024I went here for a last table sitting on a Tuesday and we had the pleasure of being served by Jade. Ordering 6 small plates with some advice from Jade our hostess, we were impressed. She helped to guide us through the small plates, and each held its own and a great ecample of how comfort food shiuld be: 1. Croquettes - very tasty, lots of flavour, butter, and cheese. 2. Nduja, honey, and burrata flatbreads 3. Burnt veg, very tasty getting the smoke and the sweet from the Char 4. Smashed patty, lots of cheese, pickles, and tasty beef 5. Fried Chicken - great light batter and sauce, was not too heavy and a little spicy kick. 6. Thai Chicken Satay- easy to eat and very tasty. We are coming back again.
