I had to spend 10 days as I travelled from a red-zone country . The price I paid , which was 1750 pounds was well more expensive than the usual price. Having said that I would expect decent services with such a high price. The food was of very poor quality. I appreciate there is no room services due to COVID 19 restrictions. It felt to me as if we were treated as prisoners, with security men on the corridor and restrictions implemented. I think the hotel administration needs to reflect on how they treat residents who have been forced to stay in the hotel as the same residents might be looking for a hotel in different circumstances.GOOGLE REVIEW

It was extremely awesome. Staff were helpful, polite, friendly, kind and made me feel safe. Accommodation was top notch, really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Food was absolutely excellent. Even when I ordered a kids meal, as it was vegetarian sausage and mash (my favourite), they made an adult portion for me. Superbly managed in all aspects. I have been asked to quarantine in this hotel for 10 days. The experience with this hotel has been awful so far. Ever since we got into this hotel they didn't give us proper food or water for that matter. Myself, my wife and my baby who is 11 months old have been treated very badly. Their customer service is even not even up to any standards. Their food has been the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. They don't even provide proper WiFi in these days and their response was "that's what you get and nothing can't be done". We couldn't stand their attitude and their response towards their customers. They don't even clean the rooms properly. They don't give us fresh towels or soap or tooth paste or dish washing liquids to clean utensils. We are being treated so disrespectfully. Please don't choose this hotel as they just want your money and nothing else. These people should be banned from owning a hotel. A small family run B&B would offer more customer service and treat you with respect.GOOGLE REVIEW

I've been there twice in the past 2 weeks as my company have hired some of the rooms for our essential training. The staff that were on duty were amazing, nothing was to much trouble, a fresh supply of teas, coffees and a generous amount of biscuits all serve with a smile and a chat. There are plenty of hand sanitizes available and social distancing was adhered to . Considering the situation it was a very pleasant trip .GOOGLE REVIEW

Great service even though I was in quarantine which was challenging. Special mention to the security team and their hard work and help, regardless of the situation. They were going above and beyond to help with the issue or questions I had. Supervisor Faisal and Sikander were extremely helpful and attentive. Lunch was terrible although service was fine.
