The Holiday Inn Rugby Northampton is a charming hotel, perfect for your wedding celebrations. The hotel, located near the village of Crick, enjoys tranquil surroundings which provide a delightful setting for your big day.
From your very first enquiry through to the wedding day itself, your very own dedicated wedding co-ordinator will be on hand to help you with your plans and preparations. We have an exceptional team at the hotel including our brilliant banqueting manager who is happy to meet with you and act as your toast master for the day.
The hotel is licensed to hold civil ceremonies in two wonderful function suites. The Crick Suite is ideal for small, intimate events with 25 guests, while the Stanford Suite is perfect for larger ceremonies with up to 120.
Following your ceremony, the Albany Suite can seat up to 120 guests for your wedding breakfast. The suite can be dressed with stunning centrepieces, starlit backdrop, chair covers and sashes for your meal before being transformed for an evening reception. Many of our packages include a disco and DJ to help you and your guests celebrate into the night.
The hotel offers four wedding packages which have been designed to suit a range of requirements and budgets. For a more personal day, we are happy to create a bespoke package for you. All of the packages include discounted accommodation for your guests.

May 2024This is a great meeting location where the hotel provides really good service. The food and drinks are value for money. Note you will need to book in your car registration number with reception for free parking if you are planning to stay or use the facilities.

April 2024Stopped off here en-route to Wales and its an absolute gem of a place. Staff so helpful and friendly, great clean environment with nice bar, lovely breakfast and health centre attached. Swimming pool is warm and perfect for morning swim. Thoroughly recommend if you are looking for a stop over.

April 2024Great clean, kids friendly hotel, staff were very welcoming, Bernetta welcomed us with some kids goody bags and advised us about the local area, easy check in with her. Dragon was very welcoming, and was very lovely, asking us how we are finding it, discussing our experience. The girls that served the desserts were very friendly too. Great warm pool, can jump in anytime, looking forward to the lovely breakfast. Coffee machine in the room. Thank you for a lovely experience! Will defo come back with some friends and family again.

May 2024I was charged for my pre-payed booking. Had a call with their service desk and got assured to be refunded. 3 weeks passed and nothing. Called again. Now they asked to send email with details. So I did. 2 more weeks passed and nothing. Called again. They asked to send email again. So I did it again but nothing happened.. 2. moths passed now. Hotel is nice but just be careful with your last bill.
