The Holiday Inn Rugby Northampton is a charming hotel, perfect for your wedding celebrations. The hotel, located near the village of Crick, enjoys tranquil surroundings which provide a delightful setting for your big day.
From your very first enquiry through to the wedding day itself, your very own dedicated wedding co-ordinator will be on hand to help you with your plans and preparations. We have an exceptional team at the hotel including our brilliant banqueting manager who is happy to meet with you and act as your toast master for the day.
The hotel is licensed to hold civil ceremonies in two wonderful function suites. The Crick Suite is ideal for small, intimate events with 25 guests, while the Stanford Suite is perfect for larger ceremonies with up to 120.
Following your ceremony, the Albany Suite can seat up to 120 guests for your wedding breakfast. The suite can be dressed with stunning centrepieces, starlit backdrop, chair covers and sashes for your meal before being transformed for an evening reception. Many of our packages include a disco and DJ to help you and your guests celebrate into the night.
The hotel offers four wedding packages which have been designed to suit a range of requirements and budgets. For a more personal day, we are happy to create a bespoke package for you. All of the packages include discounted accommodation for your guests.

    Not to go into boaring details but had a horrible day travelling and just ur usual palarva and was just blown away by the professionalism and customer service from the day staff. And to top it off as we arrived late by time I got back down stairs the staff had changed and the night shift was as gd if not better then the day team. Food and drink on point as well defo recommend in all ways

    My stay at Holiday Inn Crick was excellent. The restaurant offered great food with very good service. The swimming pool and sauna were fantastic, and the gym was modern and well equipped. I would especially like to thank Anna, the administrator, for being extremely helpful, intelligent, and professional throughout my stay.

    Stayed just for one night decent size rooms tho a little dated. The breakfast was great with a good selection and the staff were helpful, just remember to register your car for the parking.

    We had three issues with this place. 1. I booked a standard twin room. The room was very small. There was one bed & one pull out sofa bed. You expect a bed in a hotel not a rather thin sofa bed, with no bedside table or bedside light. 2. They had run out of a large part of their advertised menu so the choice was very limited. 3. On arrival the receptionist took a pre-payment of £200. We didn't charge any extra expenses, so I expected to be charged £117.90 (for the basic room, no breakfast) & receive the refund. Nothing was said about any possible delay on he refund when we checked out. I called the next day & asked why I had not received the refund & was told it could take ten working days but generally it was refunded within three or four days. I called again after a week to be told I have no choice but to wait for the full fortnight. I was pretty irritated by now & was not made less so by the person who spoke to me who kept telling me that a) I'd have to wait a further week & b) to calm down. I was calm - but I was irritated. I'm not good at suffering fools gladly. When I said I would reflect this in a review & make a formal complaint she twigged she needed to do something so said she would investigate, She took my name & the date of the stay, established how much I am owed ...... & then said the refund would be made after the ten days. On what planet is that an investigation? Terrible communication & customer service. Waste of time & very unsatisfactory. Two weeks on I am still waiting for the repayment & would not recommend this place.

    Staying here for 20 days. 1. Room doesn’t have a Fridge or Safe locker 2. Bad Bar / restaurant service and unnecessary service charges for takeaways. This depends on the person in that Shift (there are few good ones too). 3. Got a parking violation EVERYDAY even though I registered my license plate 4. Had to change/reactivate room key around 4 times 5. The new room 112’s door doesn’t close property. Reached out 3 times to the manager and still the issue is not fixed. Ask them to change my room but that also didn’t happen. The only reason I’m staying here is because it’s close to my workplace
