    We had a wonderful time. Rooms were modern, well equipped, bed was super comfortable and bathroom was lovely. Staff were brilliant and breakfast was some of the best I've had. Spa was nice, although pool area ceiling could do with a refresh. Other than that, we had a great time in Marlow and the crown plaza was worth the money. Would recommend and return.

    I can't say much about the bedrooms as I was here to decorate a wedding but the overall feel of the hotel was fabulous. Special mention to duty manager Greg who was helpful. And a massive shout out to Karim on the front desk. Give that man a raise and a promotion! I experienced the BEST customer service from him. Nothing was too much trouble for him x

    Really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was upgraded & an hour was added onto our checkout time. All the staff were very friendly especially the receptionist who greeted us on arrival, Karim. The room was amazing, very clean & comfortable & it was so nice to have a lovely view for a change. The food was also excellent. We had a treatment each & the masseur was very professional & friendly. The swimming pool was lovely, very clean & not too busy. We used the gym & it had everything we needed. I can't say enough good things about this hotel & would love to visit again.

    Had a one night spa break deal. We had a great time. Were lucky to get what seemed a newly refurbished room, really nice! Spa treatments were nice and breakfast was good too. Staff were really friendly but seem very busy, line ups at the desk, the spa, breakfast. Just need more staff!

    Rooms and communal spaces fine although bar and conservatory seating area could have been kept tidier. Disappointed that we returned at 4pm after long day walking the Thames Path and our room had not been serviced, but to be fair the staff member on reception took our complaint seriously. Staff on the whole very good. Full Afternoon Tea was great. Restaurant food good. Spa facilities ok although Jacuzzi was tepid.
