    Staff here were the best staff I've ever met. Really friendly, really helpful, couldn't do more for us if they tried. Room was perfect, hotel was perfect, honestly it was an amazing stay and I'm so pleased to have found such a gem of a hotel

    I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and caring. We were put into the hotel by BA after our contracting fly was cancelled. I had had a difficult day, but the lovely staff and comfortable bed in a very nice room was just what I needed.

    Great location, really friendly and approachable staff, very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable, water and plenty of hot drink options provided in the room. Room was a little hot, even with the air-conditioning turned to lowest temperature and fan on highest setting. Would have been good to be able to get a little fresh air in the room. But on balance it's a good hotel in a great location with attentive and responsive staff.

    I stayed here for an extended period. The a/c barely kept the room cool. Laundry took 2 days to get back. Mold on the outside of the hotel. My invoices did not match my credit card charges. My nights and points took weeks to post and were not correct. I left a voice mail for the GM to discuss. He never returned my call. I am the top level at Marriott and felt like I was just a transient. Sad Marriott property.

    So, AC didn't work, told them, said would send someone, didn't. A plug socket was broken, same deal. I used the executive lounge, 2 fridges in there, one off, one on but not working. Worst exec lounge I've ever used. Breakfast was actually quite good but as I couldn't sleep well due to room warmth it can't save it. Oh and the TV, it kept crashing. If you tried to scroll through the guide quickly it would crash and restart itself, not very usable. Oh and rooms so old no plug points near the bed. I stay in many many hotels and this is not a good one.
