The Windsor Guildhall has provided sumptuous banqueting experiences for over three centuries and is available for public hire for private parties and events.
Whether you are looking for a corporate event, a gala dinner or a family celebration, we can provide the best that Windsor has to offer.
Our experienced events team provide a bespoke service and will assist you in organising a memorable event for your guests. Whether it’s a drinks reception with canapes or an elegant formal dinner, we work with premium local suppliers to provide a delicious menu for your guests.
This provides flexibility with your menu options which gives you control over your event budget at every stage.
The Guildhall can be hired seven days of the week, 12 months of the year. Hire the Guildhall from Monday to Thursday for discounted rates.
Registered charities and Royal Borough businesses (including those with an office in the borough) are eligible for a discount on published hire fees.

Guide pricing for events taking place until March 31 2026:
Monday to Thursday 6 hours hire: £1981
Friday and Saturday 6 hours hire: £2309
