6. Cancellation Fees 6.1 In the event that the Hirer terminates this Hire Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following cancellation charges shall apply: 6.2 Where the Hirer gives notice to terminate more than 2 months prior to the Set-Up Date, MPPL shall be entitled to payment of, or where payment has been made retention of, the Deposit. 6.3 Where the Hirer gives notice to terminate 2 months or less prior to the Set-Up Date, MPPL shall be entitled to payment of, or where payment has been made retention of, 100% of the Hire Charge. 6.4 The Hirer shall also be liable to reimburse MPPL for any costs incurred by it in connection with this Hire Agreement or the Event up to receipt of notice of termination.

June 2025Beautiful venue and was perfect for the conference. Comfortable seating, the sound quality and visuals for the presentations made it so easy to stay engaged throughout the day. The food was also delicious. Really great venue.
