The Dusk ‘til Dawn Details team recently had the pleasure of styling a wedding at The Arden Hotel, and it was the most beautiful backdrop for our couple’s special day. The spaces are intimate, elegant, and perfectly located in the heart of Stratford. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were so helpful, kind, and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. A special mention to Jenny, who was a joy to work with from start to finish. We hope to return to The Arden Hotel soon to style many more weddings in the future.

I had the pleasure of dining at The Arden, along with friends, to celebrate my sisters 70th birthday. The food was exquisite and the service exemplary. Our waiter for the evening was Jamie who was attentive but not overly so. He made us all feel very welcome and was on hand to take photographs and to ensure that we had an enjoyable, as well as memorable evening. When I am next in Stratford upon Avon I will definitely be booking with them again. Thank you for making our visit extra special.

Our experience began the day before our arrival when the hotel called to confirm our details and ensure we were prepared. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was perfect—central to everything. We loved the rooms and enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with drinks after our walks. Breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be back if we visit this lovely town again.

Lovely location for a spritzer or a cocktail in the sunshine. Doggy friendly which wad lovely and Louis even got a fresh water bowl. Service and cleanliness could be greatly improved, noone has asked us if we were OK if we needed menus no-one had bothered to clear and clean the tables. Despite this we still had a good time and waited ourselves:)

Me and my wife have stayed here numerous times before and loved it however on this occasion I was really disappointed. The room we stayed in is the one we’ve always requested. This time though there was flaking paint on the bathroom ceiling, and love heart confetti fell of the bed drape from the previous guest ? Then when we asked for a drink on the night time we was basically bullied into buying a bottle of champagne because the bar tender couldn’t be bothered to make us a cocktail yet 10 minutes later the porter had no problems making us one ? Then upon leaving the hotel I had to pay a £10 parking fee for using there car park even thou I paid £269 for a room !!! I will never stay in this hotel again
