CANCELLATION AND EVENT CHANGES 3.1 If the booking is cancelled at any time by the Organiser, the 25% non-refundable deposit will be retained by Secret Door Events Ltd to cover administration costs and loss of earnings. The booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. 3.2 Following payment of the deposit, if tickets are cancelled before the final balance is due on 20th September 2025 (whether the balance has been paid or not), the following charges will apply: • i. No final balance payment due if tickets are cancelled before 1st August 2025 • ii. 50% of the remaining balance due if tickets are cancelled after 1st August 2025 and before 1st September 2025 • iii. 75% of the remaining balance due if tickets are cancelled after 1st September 2025 and before 20th September 2025 • iv. Really nice rugby club. Great facilities. Nice clubhouse with plenty of seating, well stocked bar, speedy kitchen and a nice balcony with plenty of seating overlooking the first team pitch. Impressive. Despite parking on site, parking can be a little difficult at busy times.

Prefacing this review with it being from the point of view of an archer that uses the facilities as a member of Panda Bowmen, rather than a rugby player. The grounds are well maintained and the clubhouse is warm, comfortable and inviting. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The club that does archery there, Panda Bowmen, are a friendly and welcoming club, that caters for all ages, abilities and bow styles. The name is historic, we are a very inclusive club, and have lots of members from a wide variety of different backgrounds. If you're interested in having a go at archery, or are already experienced and would like to get back to it and join, look us up on our website, or through AGB.
