Nordic Nights is a seasonal winter event venue in Bramhope, Leeds that transforms into a lively festive destination each November and December, known for its much loved Christmas party nights and stylish private hire celebrations. Set in Bramhope on the outskirts of the city, the venue brings together Scandinavian inspired design, warm lighting and a cosy winter atmosphere that feels really inviting from the moment guests arrive. It offers a refreshing alternative to the typical Christmas party venue, creating a setting that feels both relaxed and memorable.
The venue is particularly well known for its Nordic Nights Christmas party experiences, which attract teams and groups from across Leeds and Yorkshire each festive season. Nordic Nights sits just outside Leeds with excellent road access and generous on site parking, making arrivals simple even for larger groups. The Enchanted Glade at Nordic Nights seats up to 90 guests for a private dining experience at their shared Christmas Party events in December. Available to hire throughout December, depending on availability.
The venue offers a fully heated space with hard flooring, atmospheric lighting, and flexible layouts, allowing it to be easily adapted for dining, private parties or larger celebrations such as weddings and corporate events. Connected areas create a natural flow throughout the venue, while key event infrastructure is already in place to ensure a seamless experience.
Guests are welcomed into a wooden clad reception lounge, before stepping into the main Nordic Nights tent. Here you will find a striking oval bar, dining tables, and a central entertainment space designed for live music and performances.
The venue also includes fully equipped catering facilities, toilets, and a cloakroom for guest convenience.

Cancellation policy
3.0 CANCELLATION AND EVENT CHANGES 3.1 If the booking is cancelled at any time by the Organiser, the 25% non-refundable deposit will be retained by Secret Door Events Ltd to cover administration costs and loss of earnings. The booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. 3.2 Following payment of the deposit, if tickets are cancelled before the final balance is due on 20th September 2025 (whether the balance has been paid or not), the following charges will apply: i. No final balance payment due if tickets are cancelled before 1st August 2025 ii. 50% of the remaining balance due if tickets are cancelled after 1st August 2025 and before 1st September 2025 iii. 75% of the remaining balance due if tickets are cancelled after 1st September 2025 and before 30th September 2025 iv. Full balance due if tickets are cancelled after 30th September 2025 3.3 Nordic Nights cannot accept responsibility for any weather conditions that may affect attendance, including but not limited to icy roads, heavy snow, or other adverse weather. In such circumstances, bookings remain non-refundable and nontransferable. 3.4 Secret Door Events Ltd reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event date or time. If the event is cancelled before it takes place, no refunds will be issued, but an alternative date will be offered. No refunds or alternative dates will be provided for cancellations made during the event. 3.5 Secret Door Events Ltd does not accept liability for any cancellation, delay, or noncompletion of the event due to circumstances beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, strikes, riots, fire, flood, extreme weather, or other events that make it unsafe or impossible to proceed. In such an event, no refunds will be issued. 3.6 Secret Door Events Ltd accepts all bookings in good faith but reserves the right to make changes to the advertised programme, if necessary. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions, or cancellations. 3.7 Secret Door Events Ltd reserves the right to evacuate guests from the venue and close the event earlier than scheduled if required due to fire, extreme weather, or other safety concerns beyond our control. 3.8 Any changes to the event prior to it taking place will be communicated via email (to the address provided at booking) and/or via Secret Door Events Ltd’s official social media channels. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to check for updates regularly. 3.9 Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at the event and the ticket is not transferable to other goods or services.

Really nice rugby club. Great facilities. Nice clubhouse with plenty of seating, well stocked bar, speedy kitchen and a nice balcony with plenty of seating overlooking the first team pitch. Impressive. Despite parking on site, parking can be a little difficult at busy times.

Prefacing this review with it being from the point of view of an archer that uses the facilities as a member of Panda Bowmen, rather than a rugby player. The grounds are well maintained and the clubhouse is warm, comfortable and inviting. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The club that does archery there, Panda Bowmen, are a friendly and welcoming club, that caters for all ages, abilities and bow styles. The name is historic, we are a very inclusive club, and have lots of members from a wide variety of different backgrounds. If you're interested in having a go at archery, or are already experienced and would like to get back to it and join, look us up on our website, or through AGB.
