June 2025Stephanie on the front desk was incredibly welcoming and that warmth was the perfect start to a really enjoyable experience. The room was amazing, the bed was delicious and the bathroom was spotless. The lovely lady that welcomed us to breakfast was equally kind and greeted us with a beautiful smile and friendly face. This little break was a real treat for us as we've been nursing our dying father in law. It was just what we needed so thank you so much. We'll definitely be back.

June 2025We have had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. Located 2 mins from the beach, within easy reach of central Brighton the location was great. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was really nice. All in all definitely worth the price.

April 2025Hotel is in a great location on the seafront and a short walk from the beach, shops and attractions. The carpark had spaces and although it was set up through the Ringo app the £28 for 24 hours was in line with other parking options much less conveniently located. We booked a family room which was huge, clean and had all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. A fridge would have been the ice icing on the cake but we did know we wasn’t going to get one when booking. What made our stay was the members of staff we encountered during our short time here. The young man who so willingly carried our bags up 2 flights of stairs and was genuinely grateful when I tipped his service and helpfulness. The check in/out staff on reception were also a credit to you. Helpful, approachable and friendly they really couldn’t have been more accommodating with all our requests and questions about the local area. What the hotel lacks ascetically by being old and tired in places is more than made up for with good old fashioned customer service. We will recommend and return when back down that way. Thank you
