We’ve just returned from a delightful overnight stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite, along with thoughtful treats to help us celebrate our anniversary. The hotel was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean throughout. Breakfast was outstanding, offering one of the most impressive and varied selections we've experienced. We've already booked another night and are very much looking forward to our return.

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel Cardiff and wanted to take a moment to praise Abrar at the reception desk. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and friendly. Abrar made the check-in process quick and stress free, answering all my questions with patience and a genuine smile.It’s always the people who make a hotel stay memorable, and Abrar certainly did that. Thank you for the excellent service I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to others!

All the reception staff were just lovely and went above and beyond to help us. We were so thrilled to have a few drinks for free, which was a lovely touch, the waiting staff where very patient and accommodating. Everything was explained and the staff were well trained. Marina and her team are the best!!

I’d like to take a minute to praise the staff that were on shift during our stay, in particular the gentleman at reception. (I’m embarrassed that I didn’t catch his name but I believe he’s Asian). He went above and beyond to welcome us and accommodate our needs, allowed us the time to ask questions and for help, and dealt with everything so efficiently and professionally. I don’t often take the time to write reviews but me and my partner were so happy with the service we received from this gentleman, and the quality and the cleanliness of the hotel and our rooms in general that I had to take the time to write something. Thank you very much for adding such nice memories to our getaway.

We were staying in this hotel with the Trafalgar tour we were on. We would stay in this hotel again if in the area. It’s in a great location. There is a pedestrian area very close to the hotel with many shops & restaurants to walk to. Cardiff Castle is within walking distance. The room, 232, was nice. It was clean & not crowded with unnecessary furniture. The bed was comfortable. There is an in-room safe. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a good selection to choose from. However, there were 2 big problems with our room: the refrigerator didn’t work & was gross. The air conditioner kept turning off and we had to keep turning it back on ALL night long. This made for a very uncomfortable night of sleep.
