We are just back from a nights stay in The Leonardo Cardiff. After a very early flight we arrived to hotel to drop off our bags to be told our rooms was ready and we could check in straight away which was great. We were look after by the lovely Joanna. She was so friendly and offered a super welcome. We stayed in room 125. Our rooms very spacious and bright, and the bed was so comfortable. We had breakfast the next morning which was absolutely lovely. The location of the hotel is super. We would highly recommend it. Thanks again to Joanna for her wonderful hospitality and friendless.

I had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Hotel Cardiff. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing break. A special thank you to Marina and Meg, who were not only professional but incredibly friendly — they truly made the experience feel warm and welcoming. Their attentive service added a personal touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would gladly return!

Great location. Booked a suite. Stains on floor. Air con didn't work. Breakfast not included. And when asked was quoted at 13 pounds and was then charged 16 for a very average breakfast. No free parking. Not sure if I will ever go back. 176 pounds for one night. No parking and no breakfast. I will never consider this hotel again tbh

Perfect central location for all amenities across the centre of Cardiff. Service is excellent and friendly. Check in was seamless, and the room was clean and had all the usual facilities. Not the biggest rooms for the price, but they are decent. I did have a drink in the bar and breakfast which was very good. Really impressed with the standard of breakfast and service in the morning. The staff were really good. Very friendly and helpful. Attentive to detail. They are excellent.
