About Venue
The building on Pendyris Street, with its redbrick facade and distinctive windows, hosts some of Cardiff's most popular music events all year round. The facilities include a 1000 capacity mezzanine level venue, a 46-seat boutique cinema and a terrace bar.
Tramshed has a private balcony, allowing your guests an exclusive space. If it’s a sit down affair, whether for a meeting or dinner, then 50 guests can be accommodated comfortably. If you are hosting a standing reception then 100 guests can enjoy the space.
The Balcony Bar provides a wonderful intimacy, whilst overlooking Tramshed’s forecourt with its floor-to-ceiling windows.

Cardiffs best music venue. Would like to see downstairs courtyard bar open more, especially if one upstairs vip only and slightly less packed when there's dance music in djs on for slightly more elbow room ie to make it 5☆+

A great gig venue! Good views for all in all positions. Superb sound and easy access to the bar. Friendly door staff too.

Great live music venue - massive sound and good lighting. All staff seemed very friendly & polite - although (not surprising for a live music venue) the drinks are very expensive
