Great hotel, clean rooms, nice restaurant. I want to say a special thanks to a few people on the reception team who went out of their way to help after I left my reading glasses and kindle at the hotel. They arranged for it to be speedily posted it to me, and used extra bubble wrap to ensure it arrived safely, they were so helpful - thanks

By far the best service I have had in a hotel in England. Every single person working there was attentive, always smiling and very very polite. We had a small issue with the toilet sink as the water would not drain which could have made it a negative experience, however, the lady arrived to the room very fast, she apologised fixed the issue and was extremely pleasant. Breakfast was okay but again the service was amazing. I would 1000% recommend They also have facilities such as an indoor swimming pool which we did not have time to enjoy but they seemed to be very popular amongst the rest of the guests

The hotel is pretty dated and needs some modernisation. The reception, restaurant and bar look like they have had some TLC. But the corridors and rooms need some love too. The bed was super comfy, I stayed in the heat wave and there is no AC but a desk fan was available in the room and helped make it comfortable. The car park is so confusing if you want to leave and re enter once you’ve checked in and paid for parking. I was leaving early in the morning and couldn’t exit as I’d left the night before to go get some things once I’d checked in. I had to call the hotel as there was no option on the exit barrier or signs advising you what to do. Once I managed to speak to someone they let me out. Overall it’s a nice hotel and worth the price.

A fantastic hotel with a brilliant location. Bus stop right outside the hotel for easy access into Cheltenham, or an uber is around £7-9. The breakfast option is a must, delicious food with many options for everyone served until 10:30am. I also love the fact check out is 11am, giving you more time in the morning so you don’t feel such a rush. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help with anything. The leisure facilities are fab, they have a good sized pool, steam room and sauna, just avoid the 4-5pm time as they usually have a baby and toddlers group in there. The only thing that puts me off a little is the fact you have to pay for the hotel car park as an overnight guest which was £7, I feel like this should be free if your a paying guest at the hotel. Overall a fab hotel, great location and a lovely stay both times we have visited.
