Star Pins Bowling - West Orchard Coventry

Had a fantastic time at Star Pin Coventry thanks to Pete! From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly. Whether it was helping us get set up on the lanes or just checking in to see if we needed anything, Pete was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our visit more enjoyable. We visited for the first time on father's day, 6 adults (age range 25-73). We all had the BEST time, we played shuffle board and then dry ice curling, both were great fun! We found the drinks and food both of good quality and genuinely surprised and prices as a 4 pint pitcher of budweiser was £14 (£3.50 a pint!) I've read a few reviews where things haven't sounded as good, BUT, it's a new venue and undoubtedly having a few teething issues. But please do not be put off, our experience was AMAZING! The staff couldn't do enough to help and explain everything, even came and took out drink and food orders while we played the games. The venue was spotless, even the toilets. Not one single negative from our visit at all. Oh and I just want to clarify that we parked in West Orchards and as soon as you come down the escalators from the car park, you can go straight in at food court level, just like you did when it was the Debenham store. Can't wait to return ... all of us agree, fantastic time had, well done team Star Pins ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
