Louise is honestly one of the most helpful and reliable people you’ll meet. She’s always on time, super friendly, and makes everyone feel welcome the moment they walk through the door. Whether it’s greeting visitors with a warm smile or helping out with day-to-day tasks, she does it all with a great attitude and a calm, approachable vibe. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for her she’s always happy to lend a hand and goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. It really makes a difference having someone like Louise at the front desk. She’s a real asset to the team at Citibase.

After a 3-year tenancy with Citibase EasyHub, I was shocked to be charged £1,455 for reinstatement at the end of my lease — even though we made no changes to the office during our time there. When I signed the tenancy agreement and paid the deposit, no one clearly told me about this charge. It was only mentioned months later, after we had already moved in. This, along with the small print and vague wording in the agreement, makes the whole process feel unclear and unfair. I do not believe I should be paying this fee — especially without a proper explanation or breakdown of what the charge is for. If this can’t be resolved fairly, I will take legal advice and formally challenge the charge. The agreement does mention a reinstatement fee for cleaning and testing, or repairs beyond normal wear and tear. But this fee was never clearly stated, and no proof or details have been provided to support it. To make things worse, I’ve been trying to contact Citibase (EasyHub) by email since last year and have had no reply at all. Now, instead of giving back my deposit, they are asking me to pay another £873, which is totally unacceptable. I believe this fee is unreasonable, hidden, and misleading. I advise anyone thinking of renting from this company to read the small print very carefully — the key terms in my agreement were so small they were almost impossible to read. It’s a shame I have to write this public review, but tenants deserve to be treated fairly. If my deposit is not returned, I will be taking legal action.
