We had the most amazing stay here, the service was unbelievable and everyone was so incredibly nice. It was the best dinner we had the entire time we were in Scotland. Beautiful breakfast as well! Highly recommend this hotel.

Top notch experience all round for a three night trip to Edinburgh. Almost made up for the score at Murrayfield. Pre dinner cocktails and later nightcaps in the bar capped a great stay in one of Edinburgh's finest. PS Breakfast was good too!

First time in Scotland! Incredibly quiet place to stay considering it’s so close to everything. Place smells amazing, doors opened for you, lovely decor and generally a lush experience, bar staff attentive, all reception staff friendly and helpful, really nice location and very walkable for day out and evening out too. Supportive with disability access and parking help, I upgraded from a superior to deluxe king a few days before and was not disappointed, views from 402 are absolutely amazing. Would 100% stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location could not have been more ideal — a quiet, charming street just steps away from great coffee shops, restaurants, and all the must-see spots like Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. The atmosphere of the hotel is simply stunning. We were traveling with our one-year-old son, and it truly could not have been a more perfect setup for us. Our room was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. One of our favorite parts of the trip was spending cozy evenings in the hotel’s library by the fire with a drink in hand — such a special touch that made the stay unforgettable. We would 100,000% come back and can’t recommend it highly enough!

This was our first visit to Edinburgh, and both my husband and I, coming from Saudi Arabia, were truly impressed by the city and by your outstanding hospitality. Thank you for your kind attention to our 3rd wedding anniversary and for preparing such a lovely welcome with macarons and chocolate. It added a beautiful touch to our special day. The reception was warm, the service was exceptional, and the staff were always polite, friendly, and smiling.
