I visited Sheraton Grand's feast restaurant for a family lunch on 8th Feb Sunday. If someone is looking for a premium buffet to enjoy with family and friends this may be one of the top options one can choose. Though Sheraton is now part of JW Marriott but the bouquet of options in the buffet menu is far bigger than Marriott. It's so vast that practically impossible to try every food item. But each of the delicacies were made with utmost perfection and care. However, sea food options could have been better especially platters. Continental foods could have been added but sure if it was there and we missed it. To summarise, it was a wonderful experience, staffs were courteous and service was top notch.

I am in Bangalore and am staying in Sheraton grand . Experience have been wonderful so far. Came down for breakfast and the service especially by Chun, Ananya and chef Jegadish have been exceptional. A good spread for breakfast and a nice variety of chutneys & podis. Mr Manjunath had been so helpful guiding us on where to go in Bangalore.Am definitely coming back here for my next stay🥰

I sat on the table at 8 pm. I got the menu card at 9 30 pm and food was served at 10 15 pm. Please check the camera logs. Pathetic experience. Food and ambience was good. But service was lowest class. Waiters just walk beside and not even give menu after 90 minutes alsoI sat on the table at 8 pm. I got the menu card at 9 30 pm and food was served at 10 15 pm. While the stay was good, the check-in and check-out processes were herculean and cumbersome. The reception staff were inefficient in handling guests’ requests and were delayed in providing appropriate solutions. I had to wait for half an hour just to check in, even though I had booked the room well in advance. I would recommend adopting a more customer-centric approach and prioritizing guests’ convenience, rather than responding rudely with statements like, “Everyone is waiting — why can’t you?”
