This was easily the best hotel I've stayed in during my travels over the last 20 odd years. My room on the 9th floor was spacious, bright with large windows, tastefully appointed, with beautiful bathrooms. The bed and pillows were super comfy, the AC very quiet, and the windows provided almost complete noise insulation from the din outside. The breakfast is just astounding with several themed buffets (Indian, Asian and Italian), cook to order stations, fresh bread and excellent coffee! 5/5

Can’t go wrong with this location of Sheraton only if you can afford it ( the rooms were around Rs. 31,000 INR per night….i love this hotel overall and the front desk staff is exceptionally amazing, going out of the way to ensure you are well taken care of resolving any queries or issues …..the morning breakfast service this time though was not that great … I ordered a Masala chai tea and no one came with it .. I saw staff just waiting around & focusing only on non Indians during the breakfast service … i wasn’t asked if i would want a hot dosa ( unlike last time ) ….other than this issue i am very happy with my stay . Shoutout to Omika for being super sweet , super friendly and a superb hostess( I know that’s a lot of super’s in here ) … she definitely deserves a raise 😊🙏

Been to Sheraton Grand, Brigade Gateway for our 5th year Anniversary(2024) with a new born. It was a new place for us with a very good experience and having delicious food. Hotel here was very vast with wide variety of food items as a uffet package, each item here was delicious been to - Feast .
