The staff was lovely. Inside the movie, there was clean toilets and extremely comfortable electric recliners. Cheap and highly recommended.

I been first time in this cinema. Absolutely loved it. Super comfortable, good size of the screen. Many options through the day as has 10 screens. Bonus is the super friendly staff.

I have gone to this cinema for years with my friends and family. Easy and quick to get tickets and nice people. I personally don't buy snacks there since it's very expensive so I recommend getting snacks from a Tesco very close. But overall so good

this is the 3rd time i'm a row we have been to this this cinema and we have had a bad experience first time our shoes and bags were spued on- manager i believe this name was Bob gave us vouchers only good experience was that nice manager 2nd time- refused entry to housemaid when trying to use our vouchers from the previous time and now the 3rd time trying to use the vouchers again and "they can't find our tickets" we have now missed the film some staff are completely rude especially the female manager and dark haired young girl and ginger man We will not be back

The lady who scanned my online ticket was not smiling and didn’t show that she cared. I have autism and I always like to get in the screen ready in plenty of time before the adverts. Got admitted in the screen with just 1-2 minutes to spare. Absolutely shocking service.
