Stayed here for two nights with our wedding guests, as our wedding venue did not have accommodation. The rooms were more 3* and probably need a refurbish but the service was 10* so will definitely be back, maybe on our anniversary! I have never experienced as professional and friendly a service as we did at this hotel - Andra and Yulia in particular were extremely accommodating to my wedding stress and last minute guest bookings! Please give them a raise! Thank you both of you for helping my wedding weekend be as wonderful as it was. Ratha 🤗

The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel was in a great location for where I needed to be but on the second night, the noise was ridiculous. I think there may have been an event going on downstairs and there was loud bass music banging through the floor which is not great when you are looking for a peaceful night before an early start.

Just had lunch at the County Hotel and was very impressed with the service. The new waitress, Laurence was very attentive, cheerful and had a ready smile. The service was also quicker than six months ago.

We’re staying in on of the appartements behind the hotel and not sure how the hotel achieved a 4 star rating as it 3 stars at its best. The appartement is basic and I wonder if they’ve ever heard of soundproofing? The room is next to a major junction and you can hear every car passing, every honk, every pedestrian, it’s overwhelming - I am shocked. Besides that, we can hear any conversation, music,.. from the appartement across from ours. It is « tidy », however there is various paint stains on the floor, the carpet is dirty, there is material sticking out from the bottom of the bed, the doorstopper material has gone and it is sticky and dirty around every doorframe, the sponge in the kitchen has been re-used multiple times and is falling apart… The bin in the kitchen is broken and the lid doesn’t seal,… Given the price that we paid, I am absolutely appalled.We’re booked in for 1 week and it’s only our first night, we’re seriously considering a change of hotel…

I’m gonna be honest I never really leave a negative review but the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was nice and big and Parking was good. However the fire alarm went off five times through the night. This was due to someone smoking in their room. this can’t be helped however was very disturbing as you can see for my video. The shower wasn’t working. The walls are quite thin and it’s quite a noisy hotel i.e. you can hear Next Door going to toilet, I won’t be staying here again.
