I booked a stay for my husband and I as a valentine treat, my only regret was reading the reviews before hand as they put me off but needed have as we had a wonderful stay and are already looking at booking again. Brilliant service throughout, lovely spacious room and very clean, the spa was busy but not too bad we still managed to get a lounger and the food was delicious. If your thinking of coming don’t be put off by the negative reviews.

The only reason I gave a 4 star for the room was because it was a bit too warm. There are balcony doors that on reflection we should’ve left open through the night. The rooms were clean with beautiful views. That out of the way this place was amazing, the staff were very efficient yet down to earth ( don’t like snooty people you often get in these types of places) the treatments were on point and the dinner was one of the best we’ve ever had. ( and we like our fancy restaurants, Michelin star etc.) Good value for money, the whole experience was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.
