Beautiful birthday present to unwind and recharge. Very thoughtful touches like a birthday card in my room and a plate of cakes to take away. Meals were well done. A lot of options to keep you busy at the spa. Enjoyed the steam inhalation chamber and the ice dip.

Stayed for 4 nights and loved it. We used the spa every day, which was free to use and paid extra for a few treatments. The spa does get very busy during peak times, but people often flow in and out so possible to get a good swim. The steam rooms are excellent and they have a plunge pool too. We had dinner in the restaurant one night which was excellent as well as an afternoon tea. The bar was quite expensive and I suspect they use pre-made coctails rather than make from scratch. Regardless, we loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is situated in beautiful gardens which are well worth exploring. We had a garden room which was lovely, we were able to sit outside and enjoy the gardens and weather. However, the room was not air conditioned, and we stayed on a very warm weekend. A fan was provided but nevertheless it was hard to cool the room enough to sleep comfortably. We had dinner at the hotel which was tasty, and we had spa treatments which we both enjoyed. We also made use of the pool and spa facilities which were of a high standard.

Stunning, peaceful place to be. We stayed overnight here. Perfect getaway to rest, relax, reset for adults. Lots of places to chillout in. The restaurant and bar staff were outstanding and accommodating. However some of the reception staff were not as helpful, which on arrival didn't get us off to a great start. The spa treatments were varied catering for all. My treatment was very pleasant but it would have benefited the beautician to share her knowledge of products used with me in an informative manner: it may have been that she was a newer member of the team. We would definitely return and stay an extra day to enjoy the full benefit of the experience
