Elite Venue

Well where do I start 🤔 We had a wedding beautiful it was the venue looked lovely BUT bar staff they need to get rid of Rude couldn't be more rude if they tried Spilling drinks into glasses ( I know that trick that's to keep u sober) Charging different prices for same drinks Trying to charge 13.50 for glass of coke (yeah right) don't think so. Money was put over bar for the guess to all have a couple of drinks didn't last a hour so someone on a fiddle there ... like I said this was not right . we don't pay ex amount for the venue to have it spoilt but herendos bar staff that spoke down to paying guess .. One girl in particular. Get her out .. Car parking on grass needs looking at especially where children want to run and play.. And ventilation too hot and no doors to open either . Also t Eventhough the dance floor looked amazing it was very dangerous as my 88 year dad and 85 year mum who both cut their arms and legs in a fall fell at separate times due to high raised sides around the dance floor that had no lights to show it was raised. Again the rude barmaid said she can't hand out plasters and had no interest on seeing how my mum and dad were after their fall... I will follow up to management with a written complaint.

Turned up, seemed like a nice venue, plenty of space for the kids! But the inevitable happened! They got thirsty! Doing what I do best, I went to the bar! Ordered a beer, wine and lemonade! No questions asked, efficient. Under £20 as it should be. Thirsts quenched we’ve decided to enjoy the venue, until a nappy change was in urgent need! (Not mine) upon taking the baby to the “disabled/baby changing” area it was obvious that there was not actually any changing facilities present, instead the change had to take place on a pissy floor which at least was enclosed. Pissy floor now in the back of our minds, a pallet cleanser was needed. We stuck with the beer and wine, and asked for a soda water. Only to find out that a very generous half soda water was £3! Tap water with bubbles! It’s at this point I realise I’m in the wrong industry and I should be saving all my bath water! I did ask if maybe it was a mistake but was told to go weatherspoons for my free soda water, so as nice as the staff were, they’re pretty stupid. If I’m going spoons I’m not having the free carbonated tap water

had my 40th birthday there, first had to pick them up on the morning on how dirty the room was. £400 to have to tell them to clean a table as had curry on it, up the wall was curry, dance floor all food over it, dance floor was broken. then the evening i was told 3 bar staff, at one point before i moaned i had 1 then the prices of the drinks was absolutely disgusting £5 for a coke. £8 for a pint of fosters. then every time prices was different staff was rude no thank u and please also one guy just looked at me when asking him stuff. dont know how u run a business also toilets were disgraceful smelt and floor sicky and mens were flooding with wee all on the floor also at a wedding 2 weeks later my cuz grandad fell over on the dance floor as uneven cut all his arm, staff didnt care and one of the guest fell jver a wire for all the fans as no air conditioning was tols and said oh open your eyes 👀
