The Spa Hotel, The Royal Suite

I've stayed a few times now for work and everytime I have a lovely stay. Beds are comfortable, rooms clean, slippers and teapots are a comfortable touch. Nice size rooms. The staff always go above and beyond, I usually eat in the bar and sausage/mash, burger or chicken tagliatelle are all great and breakfast is a great experience. Nice to have a swim and a sauna if I get time too. Always look to book here first if I need to go to area.

Modern Comfort and Exemplary Service My room was a peaceful retreat: modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable and relaxing space after a long day of meetings. However, the standout feature of my entire stay was the service. Every member of staff I interacted with was exemplary, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The team clearly takes pride in their work, which translated into a seamless and enjoyable experience for all the attendees. In short, if you are looking for a great hotel with fantastic facilities, modern rooms, and service that goes above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend the Spa Hotel. It is a brilliant venue for both a personal stay and for hosting a major event.

I visited The Spa Hotel to try the new wellness suite, enjoy a facial, and round it all off with afternoon tea, and it was perfect from start to finish. The facilities are spotless, beautifully designed, and the team couldn’t be more welcoming. I felt relaxed the moment I arrived. I made the most of everything: the gym, the pool, and the suite, turning it into a full-on restorative day. Afternoon tea in the Orangery was the perfect finishing touch. I’ll definitely be back soon with my mum to do it all over again!
