Falcondale Hotel, Harford Suite

Excellent - Absolutely cannot fault our stay here, it was fantastic. The little personal touches really do matter, from the hand cooked cookies and filtered coffee, bottled eater and the use of Temple spa toiletries, everything is thought of carefully. The whole place looked the part and it was lovely looking around the rooms and grounds. We walked into the town which is not far at all. The breakfast was great, really good choice of cereal, pastries fruit and yoghurt, choice filtered coffee or tea and fruit juices available and a good choice of cooked breakfast which is cooked to order. All the staff were lovely and friendly and the room was really nice too. There was only 1 issue with the room and that was the noise of the vent system possibly in the kitchen below, I struggled to sleep and had to use ear plugs on the second night. We would definitely stay again.

Had a 4 night stay here and I found the place to be exquisite. Beautiful rooms and very welcoming service. Nothing was too much trouble. The daily walk around the grounds and spotting the mesmerising rabbits. I can't wait to stay there again.

Really old school country house hotel vibes - but in a really good way. Great service, staff were really lovely. Room very comfortable, had all we needed and an amazing view. High quality soft furnishings, towels etc. Breakfast was delicious and staff couldn't do enough to ensure we had what we wanted. The porridge was the best I have had anywhere! Feels like it is really remote as surrounded by gardens and woodland (couldn't hear a pin drop apart from the grazing sheep) but super convenient for Aberearon where we were mainly as have family there. The corridors were seem to be an area they are still developing. They were perfectly neat and clean but the decor was very simple compared to the other areas We felt like we had had a real treat and hope to be back.
