The bed was comfy and this place had the best pillows out of the places we stayed on our UK trip. There was a good view of the water from our hotel room. The bar served fantastic drinks. Parking is a breeze here. All of the main museums and restaurants are incredibly easy to walk to. Highly recommend this place, I just wish we booked more time here.

Wonderful stay from beginning to end. Just an overnight trip for my friends birthday and a trip to the theatre to see Tina the musical. IHG member, free upgrade with river /waterfront view and a voucher for a free drink in the bar. Was able to check in early which gave us time to use the spa facilities which were excellent. Towels provided and robes in the room. Showers and changing rooms there with hairdryers and straightners. We had dinner on the terrace (fish & chips) chose from the bar menu as we were eating at 5:30pm. Restaurant opened at 5:30pm. Used our drink voucher in the bar after the theatre and sat on the terrace which closed at 11:30 so came inside. Breakfast was excellent, great choice. Tea & coffee served at the table which was lovely rather than a machine. We stored luggage on the final day until the evening. All staff from reception, restaurant, spa and bar staff were so friendly and helpful and took the time to have a chat to you. Would definitely recommend

Lovely hotel which is great for families. Great, convenient location with plenty of parking. Nice swimming pool with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. Nice, well equipped gym. The rooms are very nice although the bathroom we had was a little dated maybe, but not the end of the world clearly. We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evenings but breakfast everyday was lovely with a large selection of hot and cold items to suit all tastes. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the stay. We also left an item behind in the room by accident so rang them, and they were super helpful and pro-active in arranging for the item to be sent back to us.

Brilliant stay! Staff in every sector was great and friendly, always smiles. Breakfast was fab very tasty and lots of options. The pool and steam room also very relaxing and clean, the bar was calm and nice drinks and variety. The room itself was big and spacious very clean. Frank at luggage was funny and polite. Couldn't be happier and definitely would return

Really nice hotel but unfortunately a few things make it not idle for instance they instance on taking a £50 deposit despite the fact pay for your bill upfront not sure why as you pay for everything upfront and it doesn't come back to your account immediately so disappointed they do this. The spa is nice and staff very accommodating and friendly, room's has no walk in shower and you don't get a fridge in your room for the price of the hotel it should be a given but you have to ask. Lovely location close to the Dock, breakfast is good with a vegetarian options.
