Couldn't fault the hotel or staff at all. Very large spotless room. Staff were great. Buffet breakfast had everything you could have wanted, the whole wk end stay was top class from start to finish 👏.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool while attending an event and came away very impressed. The event was extremely well organised, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and friendliness really stood out. The hotel itself is in good condition and well presented. My room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay – perhaps just starting to show a little wear in places, but nothing that took away from the experience. The pool looked very inviting, though I didn’t have my swim gear with me this time – something I’ll definitely pack for my next visit! Breakfast was excellent and one of the highlights. There was a great selection of hot and cold choices, all fresh and well presented, making it a really enjoyable start to the day. The location is another big plus. The hotel is only a short walk to Liverpool One and the city centre, and has easy, walkable access to the Albert Dock and its attractions – perfect for making the most of your time in the city. The only minor downside is the parking, which is on the expensive side. If you’re driving, it’s worth factoring that in. All in all, though, a really positive experience. Great staff, good facilities, excellent breakfast, and a prime location – I’d be more than happy to stay again and would recommend it for both events and leisure.

Great location by the river, paid extra for a waterfront room but had a large building in front of us, I think there is a limited no. Of rooms which truly have a waterfront room. Good quality rooms and service of staff was truly friendly and warm welcoming. We had the breakfast included which gave a good spread of food, only downsides where the black pudding and hash browns (both overly dry and felt it had been left out a bit too long). Overall excellent stay for the family and good short term stay

Great location, rooms clean and pleasant - brilliant view of the Liver Building from our room. Breakfast was good, particularly enjoyed the individual granola and yoghurt portion. Returned for evening meal after checkout, my pasta dish with prawns and chorizo was lovely. Partner had the penne bolognaise which needed a lot more sauce. 'Spa' area let the experience down somewhat as there were children's swimming lessons on. Pool was very cold and the jacuzzi was out of order. More like a leisure centre pool area really. Got a good rate for the Friday evening but wouldn't have paid full price.
