Me and my mum Maureen came to the Novotel for a meal, the service and food was sensational. James Graham was looking after us and he was brilliant from the minute we sat down. Very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back. James is an asset to the Novotel

Restaurant had a wonderful ambiance. Food was well presented, hot and tasty, couldn’t ask for more. The staff and service provided were excellent. Jay was so friendly and amenable, nothing was too much trouble. He was chatty and we had a bit of banter which was great. Made us feel welcome and relaxed

This hotel truly made our trip magical! The room had a spectacular view of the Liverpool Eye, which made waking up each morning such a treat. The location is amazing — you’re so close to Liverpool ONE, which made shopping and dining out incredibly convenient. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us — nothing was too much trouble. We especially loved the pool; it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. From start to finish, we felt so well looked after. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special — we can’t wait to come back!

Went for my husband’s birthday. Good location. Room was lovely, service was lacking though. Room key didn’t work, then room service QR code and number didn’t work. Pool was nice too but you “book” it and even with booking it over 35 people turned up. Breakfast was very good.

Great location,,nice room. A rather keen adherence with the check in system here,in that the 3pm check in rule is very strictly adhered to- no one gets in earlier,even if room is ready,(I'm sure some would be)- I've no idea if this is policy for this particular location,or just different staff on different days,with their own ways of working. This results in a check in rush hour,& imo, results in guests waiting much longer than necessary. I've stayed in other Novotel hotel's that have that flexibility,& check if your room' is free p,& check you in if it is.
