Hotel Novotel Liverpool Centre, Lamport

We are Accor Members and chose this hotel based on our membership, we have stayed in other Novotel Hotels before and found this one also if a high standard. It is well located near Lime Street railway station and also Merseyside and Liverpool One. It's also very close to many tourist attractions such as the Cavern Quarter and Chinatown. We experienced an issue when booking, Sergio really helped us and we were fortunate enough to be checked in by him, the staff are friendly in general and helpful and the hotel has an excellent bar and restaurant. There is also a pool as well. The WiFi was excellent and the room had a small fridge and coffee maker. A very pleasant stay.

I stayed here for two nights and the experience was genuinely solid. Great and varied breakfast options, an excellent central location, and very comfortable beds made the stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d also like to highlight the team — Sergio at the reception was extremely helpful and professional, Rafael in the restaurant brought a lot of positive energy, and Dawid rounded off the stay perfectly with a friendly conversation. As someone who works in the industry, I really appreciate this kind of natural and authentic guest approach. Overall, a hotel definitely worth recommending — both for the service and the location.

Overall good experience. The only issue I had, after booking I tried to inquire about car parking. I could not get through to reception on the phone, I tried multiple times. I send an email but that was never answered. That is quite disappointing. I finally got through to someone when I dialled the extension for new bookings, and they were helpful. But still, someone should answer the extension for reception ? Location is good, short walk to shopping and Albert Docks, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. If you use the car park, its next door but you have to book separately, and you cannot reserve the EV chargers
