Two pints of traditional ales in real glasses! 2 classic scouse - full of meat & veg, succulent & filling with lovely red cabbage & buttered bread. Good portions, hot, tasty& filling...despite this we also shared a desert of crumble with vanilla ice cream...so we could waddle out! Jessica our server was very welcoming and accommodating. Good service with a friendly attitude, helped us have a great day out....thoroughly enjoyed our food, so glad we looked to find somewhere that offered a different experience...Definitely would eat here again, great value for money.

We all enjoyed our time at Ma Boyles. The food and service very good . Two of our party had scouse one in a scouse pie and the other had a scouse Cottage pie. I had the cheese & bacon burger and the other one had the fish and chips. If we go back to Liverpool we will certainly visit Ma Boyles again.

We were so excited for a Sunday roast here but unfortunately it was such a let down. The pork crackling was like rubber, the gravy was water and the roast potatoes tasted a day old with zero crunch and a dry texture. For such a pricey roast, it was such a disappointment. The staff were so lovely though.
