Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel, Foinavon Suite

Perfect location, clean friendly hotel staff go above and beyond, unfortunately can not remember the lady’s name who checked us out, she was so helpful room was ready and allowed early check in, as we arrived early. She also sorted our son a taxi into town where he had his kickboxing event. Lady checking us out Katie very helpful ensuring everything was satisfactory on our staff. We highly recommend this hotel and stay every time when visiting. In our group there was 13 and all happy. We traveled with family and friends

This is a lovely hotel, located across from the water. Staff are very friendly and helpful from the moment you enter. We did a wowcher and were very pleasantly surprised with a privilege room. This was a great size, huge bed with amazing views. A fridge with free yes free drinks includes 2x beer 2x water and 2x soft drinks. A nespresso machine and tea and hot chocolate. In the wardrobe are dressing gowns and slipper, a iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. The views were the best.

I stayed at the Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel for three nights and had a truly excellent experience. The location is perfect — right by the waterfront — and the view from the hotel’s bar and outdoor terrace (balcony) is simply stunning. It’s always open and welcoming for everyone, making it a great place to relax. Room service was consistently excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the bar and the sea view it offers — definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. One suggestion for improvement: the hotel could enhance its taxi request service by allowing guests to specify whether they need a large taxi (for guests with many bags) or a regular one. Currently, taxis are requested with the push of a button, and there’s no option to choose — which might not always meet the guest’s needs. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back again!
