Writing this review on behalf of my mum who had a 3 night stay at the start of August, from the moment we arrived to drop her off the staff were amazing, nothing was too much. From the check-in process which I witnessed myself throughout the whole stay. Rooms are spacious and well decorated, and very clean and tidy. My mum has a hidden disability and the staff especially in the bar and restaurant were kind contienous and understanding. More than happy to stay again would highly recommend.

I had such a fantastic stay at the Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were outstanding — Kike at reception and Neil made me feel so welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout. Jan at the breakfast bar was just lovely — always cheerful and friendly — and the bar staff went above and beyond every time. The roof garden was without a doubt the highlight of my stay. The view of the Liver Buildings was spectacular, especially in the evenings. I spent most of my time up there — it’s peaceful, beautifully maintained, and such a unique feature for a city hotel. I genuinely loved it and can’t wait to go back. My room was a bit small, and the hallways could use some updating, but honestly, it didn’t matter — the air conditioning worked perfectly during a heatwave, keeping my room wonderfully cool and comfortable the entire time. Overall, it’s the staff, the atmosphere, and that stunning roof garden that made this stay special. I’d 100% recommend it and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

░ ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ One of the BEST place in Liverpool (✿◡‿◡) ░ Upon our arrival, the reception welcomed us with a smile; they were kind and attentive. We received detailed information about where to find everything, and whenever we had a question, they answered it willingly. Our room was on the 12th floor (1207) with a great view. It was an incredibly spacious room, with an extra sofa and an armchair. In the bedroom, there was a huge bed, extremely comfortable. In the bathroom, I especially liked the corner bath. At other places we have stayed before, the bed and the bath were both small, but here everything was just perfect. Cleanliness was also impeccable, everything was in order. I especially liked the layout of the room and the shape of the building. It was easy to access. The reception was also very helpful with parking. Thank you for the 3 days we spent there. Special thanks to the breakfast staff for their kindness.

The building is in a great place. The rooms were clean.. the bathroom looks recently tiled and renovated. Although it retains the bath shower combination.. personally I don't like those. The building does not have a gym.. conflicted information on Web about that. They do have a restaurant and a bar l1 l2 respectively.

Although the hotels location is superb to everywhere we wanted to visit, we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of our room, which was quite upsetting as we're were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary the night we stayed. the bath shower screen was dirty there was hanging wires under bathroom mirror dust all over bedside cabinet stained carpet in the room too.the large bed was comfortable and sheets were clean we did tell the reception desk our concerns and that even tho we had a late checkout of 1pm we left at 10am as we're were so disappointed
