September 2024A great hotel. Service is good. Free parking while staying at the hotel. The only downside was our room was next to the lift which we could hear all night. Room was great. Fridge stocked with water, cookies, fresh milk. Breakfast was great - buffet style.

October 2024Room wasn't ready when I arrived but was soon sorted. Waited in reception - pleasant. Lovely room with large bathroom. Plenty of space. Had breakfast included but also went to the Seven Seas Brasserie for dinner - shepherds pie was very tasty.

November 2024Beautiful hotel, lovely, friendly helpful staff. Greated on arrival by a fine gentleman named Peter with a warm smile and warmer nature, the epitome of the type of person a hotel should have on it's front desk. Room was clean, tidy and quiet. Restaurant was very nice with good food served by very professional and friendly staff. Few minutes walk from lime street station and well worth the stay. Thank you to all staff at this hotel. Miss

November 2024This hotel is in a great spot in the centre of the city, very easy to get to places from there and also easy to reach with a good size car park that you get a day's free access to. The rooms are nice and clean, the only down side is that you're so close to Lime St station so if you're a light sleeper you can almost guarantee the announcements will start seeping through the windows even though they are good at blocking most noise out. Breakfast service was a bit hit and miss to be honest. We waited 5 minutes for someone to finish doing whatever she was doing to tick us off. The staff could be all trained to do this to make it smoother, surely. The staff were generally friendly but it wasn't what I'd say was great service. You're told tea and coffee is served to you but at times nobody is around to notice you, there were no plates to serve your own breakfast, I feel this is just simple stuff that organised servers would keep on top of. I would say it's not all the staff's fault, for a big hotel they are understaffed and under-trained here. Similarly there was a long line for both check in and check out. Room for improvement with the service but absolutely not bad at all. I would go back!
