Amazing hotel! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are huge and well maintained, as is the rest of the hotel. Spa area is lovely and relaxing. 30 minute walk into the centre of Liverpool.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I visited the spa and had a really lovely experience. The spa itself is quite simple, but it has everything you need: clean, relaxing, and well-organised. We went for a spa day package that included a two-course meal, and everything was great. The food was delicious, we had the chicken and salmon, and both dishes were really tasty. The only small downside was that the set menu had only three options for starters and three for mains, so the choice was a bit limited. But honestly, the options they had were really good quality. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and definitely something I’d recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing spa break in Liverpool.

The rooms we stayed in was the superior dockside and it was huge! Really luxury but authentic and rustic decor with a modern bathroom. Dinner was excellent, absolutely delicious, I had the salmon and my partner had the steak. Decent selection of 0% wines. Breakfast was excellent for a buffet. Spa treatments (facial and massage) were brilliant for myself and average for my partner. Spa other than that was small but nice. Location was great for our stay in Liverpool.

A beautiful hotel! Having just had the weekend here for my 50th birthday. We were greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist and advised that we had been upgraded to a superior room. The room was amazing. The largest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. The facilities are amazing. We used the spa facility which was a lovely relaxing area. Breakfast was first class and we also had an evening meal here which was really nice. We will definitely coming back and staying at this gorgeous hotel again.

It is a very nice and safe hotel. Rooms are very clean n spacious. Only negatives were the location right now as it is in a developing area. And the parking is not included in the price. It is an additional £10 a day.
