The coffee shop is regularly rented for private parties, exhibitions, corporate events. The workshop below is rented for the same types of events as well as art and teaching classes, games, corporate meetings. Located in a high footfall area, close to the Balham tube and train station. Current furniture can be moved around. No additional fees.

The baristas at this coffee shop were amazing – such great customer service! Thank you Hellen and Valery for your lovely service. There’s a fantastic selection of cakes, the iced chai latte was delicious, and the coffee and smoothies were great too. It was so nice to find a spot with plenty of seating and space for my pushchair. I’ll definitely be back!

I don’t really like leaving bad reviews. But the breakfast here was awful - cold, overdone eggs, bacon and toast. It seems the girl serving the drinks is also cooking the food. So I guess when people are coming in for food, they also have to stop and serve customers meaning all the food gets cold and overdone: I liked this place and have had many takeaway drinks before but I won’t be returning, even for a drink. If you are serving food, please have a separate staff member cooking this. Or please just take food off the menu and just focus on drinks.
