Fabulous luxury stay for a night for our anniversary. The staff made us feel so welcome and special - they included lovely extras in the room too. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. We would love to stay here again - will definitely be recommending highly to others.

From the moment you walk through the doors, the service is warm, genuine and effortlessly professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble. A special thank you to Christian, Sonel and Romona — they are absolute stars. Their attention to detail, kindness and ability to make every stay feel personal is what keeps us coming back. They remember the little things, go above and beyond without hesitation, and make you feel valued rather than just another guest. The entire team deserves recognition. Every member of staff is polite, attentive and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and relaxed at the same time. We genuinely wouldn’t stay anywhere else in London without checking availability here first.
