We was traveling to see Oasis at Wembley but wanted a hotel that was more central so we could do some sight seeing... This hotel was the perfect location, across from Hyde Park and near two tube stations. The hotel and room were clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and breakfast offered a great variety to start the day with too. We would definitely book again!

This hotel has great location, close to the Lancaster Gate underground station and within a walking distance from the Paddington station. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was spacious with a couch and a bathtub. There was AC as well. There were some minor omissions such as not working safe or tissues in the bathroom not re-filled; however, I didn't bring it up to the hotel staff during the stay and I am sure that if I did it would be addressed. Overall location + spacious room + AC + helpful staff made it a good choice!

Great location near Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate tube station. Nice property with tasteful interiors. Waters, Fizzy drinks and chocolate provided as well as tea and coffee making. We had an executive suite, not quite what I was expecting for what we paid ( was quite small and window was internal on to ventilation pipes). The bathroom had a raised floor that made the shower only suitable for very short people! It was fine for a short two night stay.

As a Diamond Select member, I had high expectations for my stay here, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of my worst Best Western experiences so far. The staff were not outright unfriendly, but they came across as extremely uninterested and disengaged. There was no warmth or welcoming attitude whatsoever. At a minimum, you’d expect a “good morning” from the front desk when you’re getting water in the morning—but even that felt too much to ask. The hotel itself is clearly outdated and has lost any charm it might once have had. Everything looks tired, patched up, or in visible disrepair. I stay at around 30 different Best Western hotels every year, and none have been in such poor condition as this one. It’s really disappointing. I honestly cannot understand the many positive reviews this property has received—just looking at the photos should tell the real story. Yes, the exterior is currently being renovated, which may be a good sign for the future, but as of right now, my recommendation is simple: avoid this hotel.

Worst experience ever. The rooms are extremely small and dirty, with terrible maintenance. The air conditioning is useless, making the room hot and uncomfortable. The receptionist was careless and didn’t care at all about guest complaints or bad reviews. Staff in general are rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The internet doesn’t work at all – completely useless. On top of that, the photos online are totally misleading and nothing like reality. This hotel does not deserve even one star. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.
