The Westbourne Suite is one of the world’s leading international banqueting venues, an impressive space with exceptional service and facilities. Comfortably accommodating up to 1200 people, this technically advanced venue is particularly suited to events involving elaborate presentations. Lighting, sound and visual technology have been ingeniously designed and integrated to provide a ready to go, functional and cost effective event space. The powerful multi-zoned Bose audio system, built-in LED lighting and ceiling sparkle lights create the perfect atmosphere and platform for any occasion. The suite can be split into four separate areas, its load-bearing hanging bars are recessed out of sight into the ceiling and it benefits from large off-street access for easy delivery and installation.

It been a few years since I’ve stayed at the Royal Lancaster, and I was welcomed back like an old friend. The location is superb, right next to Hyde Park, making it ideal for both exploring the city and enjoying peaceful walks. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, with a wide selection of international options that cater to every taste including dim sum, amazing veggie options and perfectly cooked traditional breakfast options including the most incredible Cumberland sausage. My room was spotless, comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. The attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities really stood out. What truly makes the Royal Lancaster exceptional, however, is the staff. From start to finish they were warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Reception, in particular, made both check in and check out an absolute pleasure. Their service set the tone for a brilliant stay. I would highly recommend the Royal Lancaster to anyone visiting London.

Top notch service. The breakfast is the best inclusive meal I’ve ever had at a hotel; truly impressive. Perfect location with access to all points of interest. Looking forward to our second stay after a trip west to the Cotswolds and Cornwall. Update: our return we were given a free upgrade to a park room and discounted upgrade on a larger room on the 10th floor. Incredible service and food.

The hotel was excellent, and especially Ms. Paris at the reception was very professional, polite, and kind. She assisted us warmly and had our room ready as soon as we arrived. In my opinion, every hotel should have such a staff member. The breakfast was very good; although it was not extremely extensive, it was practical and enjoyable.

Excellent service with immediate responses to any requests (cutlery, ice etc.) concierge desk was friendly and knowledgeable, and all recommendations were perfect. The rooms were beautiful, the deluxe view room offered an incredible view of London, including Hyde Park, Westminster Abbey, the London eye, and the Shard. Daily housekeeping service restored the rooms to immaculate condition every day. Very adequate gym. Absolutely fantastic stay!!

I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was pleasant, varied, and delicious, the location was excellent, and the staff were kind and friendly—especially in the breakfast area. In particular, I would like to thank dear Paris at the hotel reception, who assisted us with great kindness, patience, and care. Staff members like her are truly a blessing for any hotel.
