Teamsport Indoor Karting, West London

My partner and I used to Go Kart when we were younger and both expressed getting back into it. He got me a gift voucher for TeamSport for Christmas and I couldn't have been more glad he did so. The staff were friendly, everything was easy to use. We had a bit of a problem with our first session as we didn't get much green signal time due to the group we were booked with being... I suppose the only polite way to say it is they were lacking brain cells. I think watching them take 3 goes to do a brake test properly confirmed this for us. We took this in our stride as we just kind of guessed thats what a group booking would consist of if you were just doing it for leisure and didn't make a complaint in-between our sessions. However, the staff approached us and said they noticed we seemed quite experienced drivers, so to make sure we get the best of our time they put us in a different session with a experienced member where it would just be the 3 of us so we could actually get some proper laps in. They didn't have to do this at all and other karting places we have been to have just brushed us away and kind of told us to get on with it. Our second session was so much better and we extremely enjoyed it. We were so grateful that the staff members noticed because it meant we fell back in love with karting. We are now looking at the membership prices which are extremely affordable with some good benefits and we look forward to coming back.

Yesterday I came in, and all I can say is wow. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I am truly grateful and extremely satisfied with the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail I received. Teya went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Her positive attitude and dedication really stood out, and it made a lasting impression. She is a true asset to the team and absolutely deserves a raise. Thank you for such an amazing experience. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others.

I had an amazing time at Teamsport for my friends bday, they even gave her a mask to put on top of her helmet which was funny and easy to spot on the track 😏 the amount of times I zoomed past her...no mercy for bday girl. Haha. (Its hard to see in the picture but it was a Unicorn mask) My friends and family can be quite loud especially when in the bar and looking at results but the young lady behind the bar didnt seem to mind. She was very sweet, attentive and had a nice smile, i'm sure her name was Tia. I will definitely come back to Teamsport - we had a great time!
