I went to the Victoria branch last night. Haven’t been to this place in many many years and randomly thought to go with a friend. Have to say… I was surprised at how friendly and nice the staff were. The service is next level to the point I kept saying to my friend, “they are so nice here”! Wish I could remember their names 🤦🏻‍♂️. The young lady who greeted us was fantastic and so patient to get us signed up. The young lad working downstairs who gave us our pool balls and brought our food was great too! Even the guy at the bar upstairs was happy to help. I asked for cutlery and he said it’s downstairs. I was like oh ok, I will go grab them and he was like no, don’t worry, I will go grab some and bring it to you! Will definitely be coming back again.

Have frequently visited Riley’s Victoria since uni - tables are well kept, reasonable pricing and staff are always friendly. Zelda was great today and provided top service. Would recommend this location for those looking to play snooker/pool in Central London.

Nice place and good atmosphere. The staff is great. Special mention to Elijah and the lady at the bar upstairs that commented on my Spice Girls hoodie, didn’t catch her name! Will definitely go back!
