What a great Hotel! Stayed for one night - a lovely hotel with great facilities and a welcoming team. Lamesh who I believe is part of the concierge team is very friendly and helpful - always has a smile on his face! The location is great too and well placed to reach any areas of central london easily. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

we stayed for 3 nights at Sea Containers London last July and we enjoyed it. The location was actually perfect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a a view on the Thames river. The staff were friendly and everything went smoothly during check-in and check-out. The only thing that could be much better was the breakfast — the choices were a bit limited and didn’t quite match the rest of the hotel and the price you pay per night. I do want to mention Miles (I hope we got his name right) in particular at the hotel door. He was incredibly kind and genuinely friendly every time we saw him. He helped with our bags when checking out and always had a smile, which made us feel really welcome. big shout to him. Overall, I’d stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Staff are incredible, food and drinks impeccable. Settling is amazing- I watched the tide turning on the Thames from our room. It was such a treat to stay here. The bar on the top floor is gorgeous and the views from there are breathtaking. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The room was not worth the amount paid. It will probably be better to have a room that faces the river Thames as I left my blinds closed most of the time knowing that my room, amongst others was like a viewing gallery for all the offices looking into it. The room intended to look sleek and modern but it really wasn’t. The movable fancy chair at the table had a weird head rest and I could barely work from there. It is hard to get hospitality staff these days, let alone good ones. Most of the staff were rather pleasant. Room service did up the room every night. I like the refillable option of topping up sparkling and still water from the dispenser at the lobby but the lobby was extremely dark and I couldn’t really see the buttons for the sparkling or still water. There are no nearby takeaways or supermarkets that open past 10pm so better grab what you need before you head back to the hotel. The location is ok if you want to go to Tate Modern or work at South bank. It is rather inconvenient to get here from Heathrow, especially if you have luggages.

My first time at this hotel , was always on my radar and I’m glad I got a chance to stay here !! To start with the check in process is really nice , however it was quite busy! I was a member of the discovery loyalty programme so I got a double upgrade alongside a welcome drink and breakfast included which was very nice!! That made my stay super value for money. Now to the rooms !! We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was really spacious and well decorated! Also had a private outdoor balcony /garden which was nice however couldn’t use it due to the London weather 😁 the only criticism was be that bed wasn’t very big although it was cosy , would expect a bigger bed if you’re staying in an suite! We also had dinner in the restaurant which was very nice and also went to their rooftop bar for some cocktails which were also terrific with an amazing view! The buffet breakfast included was also good with lots of variety to offer. I would definitely be back again next time! However was charged £50 from the hotel due to some miscommunication about charges which was sorted out, I do appreciate they rectified it but it’s just soo wrong to see charges without being communicated or checked ! But it was resolved in a good manner so I’m happy and will be back again for sure.
