We booked this on a recommendation, and I was told that the view could be hit or miss depending on where you are, but the gentleman on reception made sure we had the best view possible. Unfortunately we stayed on a Sunday night so couldn’t use the bar on the roof which would have been great, but we did use the cocktail bar below. Really good vibe and amazing views of St Paul’s. Not the cheapest hotel, but as they say, you get what you pay for. It does feel like luxury, the room felt brand new so if you want a treat of a great location and luxury hotel, then this is the one.

My wife and I have stayed in hotels all over the world over the past 40 years. In that time, none draws me back more than SC. It's just an incredible place and somewhere we will stay at least once each year. There's lots to say about the place, from design and location, through to atmosphere and ambience. It's a great place to dine, have a drink and get a great night's sleep. However, by far it's greatest asset is the staff, their attention to detail, professionalism and friendliness. They are clearly well trained and happy and credit for that must go to the senior leadership team who must also exhibit these traits.

Me and my wife have just comeback from spending New Year’s Eve here with a firework view room. Cost abit for the experience but being honest it was fantastic. The hotels beautiful. The room fine and the view of the fireworks was actually better than we’d expected. We ate at the restaurant which we’d pre booked and the food was absolutely top notch. I was abit gutted at the set menu for new years but it’s understandable. Maybe a few more options next year? We had cocktails at the bar there and it was classy with a great atmosphere. Then we went to the roof top bar which is an extra cost for music and drinks at the nye party. 11:45 came and we went back to our room to see the fireworks and was met with a box of hotel chocolate chocolates, bottle of champagne and canapés. Perfect to see the new year in. I would recommend highly, it’s not cheap for the experience but a once in a lifetime one at that.

Sea Containers London hotel is located on the vibrant South Bank, this hotel is a real treat. The moment you step in, you're enveloped in a unique, nautical atmosphere, with decor inspired by naval ships. The rooms are a highlight, with premium bedding, air conditioning, and bathrobes to make you feel pampered. The gym open 24/7 is great and breakfast does not disappoint. The location is unbeatable, with the Thames River right on your doorstep and iconic landmarks like the Tate Modern and London Eye nearby. The service is efficient and friendly, with staff going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Highlights: - Comfy Rooms - Super Location - Efficient Service Overall, I'd say Sea Containers London is a good option for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of London.

We had a nice stay but we were not as impressed as we would have hoped. Our biggest issue was the beds and pillows. They were very uncomfortable. If we were staying at a budget hotel, I would expect box spring beds. But considering this is branded as a luxury hotel, we were pretty disappointed. We wouldn’t return for this reason- which I think says a lot Aside for the bed situation, everything good. Rooms were clean, Breakfast was lovely and service was good. The 12knot had decent drinks but not all were a hit with us which might be a preference thing. Overall a fine stay but after a long day, all we wanted was a comfy bed.
